If you wanted it to be perfectly safe, you can replace the places the excess bulbs would be with a resistor of the proper size. (Find out the ohmage and current through one of the bulbs; this should be stamped on the bulb or packaging somewhere.) Alternatively, you could just wrap the ends of the wire in tape or heatshrink tubing such that they do not connect to any metal or any of the other wires. Make sure you use electrical tape or some other type of flame resistant tape, just in case something happens. The lamps should be wired in parallel, so either of these methods should work. I would recommend just terminating the wires without using resistors; it will cost less, and the fixture will draw less current and save you money while being just as safe.

You might try some plain white toothpaste and a soft toothbrush. That gets waters rings out of wood (sort of)…I'm surprised soap would leave a stain like that.

Vanity involves not realizing where one's looks should fall on the priority scale and/or too much self-absorption. Vanity tends to disregard other people or make someone forget that no matter how pretty, fit, intelligent, or whatever else someone is there are always a zillion more people in the world just as pretty, fit, intelligent and whatever else.
A healthy, positive, self-image (for that lucky minority who can achieve that 100%) is healthy; and precisely because it is healthy it is able to put things into proper perspective and realize that no matter how "wonderful" one is he/she is not alone in his/her degree of "wonderfulness".
A positive self-image is also something that includes the who the person is on the inside as well. Vanity doesn't.
I think if a person has all the right attitudes and right respect for others she can afford the luxury of a little harmless vanity. There's something very normal about the young woman who cares about how she looks and doesn't want to just roll of out bed and go out without doing her hair and putting on a little make-up or whatever it is that makes her feel prettier.

I am installing crown moulding on my cabinets I bought from Home Depot. Just like in the video you will need to attach a “base” at the top of the cabinet to attach the moulding to.

Hey good luck getting your kitchen refinished. If you are half as happy as we were doing ours, you will be ecstatic with yours. Yes, I know custom cabinets are superior to these, but our Ikea cabinets are suitable for our modest home. A neighbor has the same style house as ours with custom kitchen cabinets and they are overwhelming and out of place.

At 21 seconds, I noticed that the crown molding ended near the base of the stairs because the ceiling ended there. How would you go about cutting that end point? Do you just do a normal outside corner?
